This is not precisely a prose submission, but it is closer to prose than anything else. As you may have noticed, I've been posting a series of photographs of interesting people (ok, interesting looking people) recently. A funny thing has happened. On more than one occasion the feedback I've gotten for an image has included speculation on who the subject is and what his or her story is. Skein is a very creative place so I guess I'm not surprised that these pictures have provoked people to make things up about them.
 

These fictional biographies caught my interest. I think they're a cool little form of creative writing that I'd like to see more of. So I have put together a small web site with the single purpose of encouraging people to write about who they think the people in these pictures are. It's very informal and fairly simple to use.
