j_moody: what is this a reference to? is there such a thing as a "we-opening" or is this meant to be "we-- openings"? the repetition later in the poem makes me think its an actual term.

m_brophy: No, it's not a term, but a dash, "we--openings".

j_moody: ohhhh..... as in "we are openings"-- gotcha.
