cfanjul: rat - this is some powerful stuff, and it reinforces the idea that comics simplify things and in the process expose them. you distill a bit of all of our childhoods, at least in some part. i admit i'm a bit lost in the plot - does the fighting start at 4am? mwirth: Yeah, the idea is he can't sleep until it starts. Then he can relax, because he doesn't have to wait for it anymore.. and because the tape recorder can capture each word so that he doesn't have to.. or something. The word "finally" is meant to be part of the narration, not part of the fighting dialogue- it might be confusing because I accidentally put those words too close together. Add comment
