cfanjul: tom, i have to ask: how do you get so high up to take these pictures? have you constructed your own professor-powered hot-air balloon?

tom: heh, no, just high places--this time I went to the top of U.Pitt's unusually tall "Cathedral of Learning". It's the highest building outside of downtown Pittsburgh. See the the latest archive page for context and more images.

I am saving for my pilot's license, however....
